Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, ProWebConcepts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this software on a single Magento store (one production domain and one staging/development domain). Additional installations require separate licenses.
You may not:
The software is licensed, not sold. ProWebConcepts retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all copies and modifications thereof.
Your license includes access to software updates and technical support for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Continued access to updates and support after this period requires renewal of a support subscription.
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ProWebConcepts does not warrant that the software will be error-free or operate without interruption.
In no event shall ProWebConcepts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ProWebConcepts’s total liability shall not exceed the license fee paid for the software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ProWebConcepts concerning the software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
